With contract talks at a stand still and no new negotiation dates scheduled, UFCW Local 135 and the rest of the Southern California UFCW Locals are organizing more actions outside Food 4 Less stores.
UFCW Local 135 is proud to announce that cannabis workers at March and Ash locations in City Heights, Vista, and Imperial have accepted and ratified their first ever union contract.
Our commitment to ending blood cancers runs through our veins at UFCW Local 135. With that in mind, we have committed $10,000 to the Team Kevin campaign. And we are hoping that we can match that amount through donations from our members, our union siblings in labor, our friends and families, and the greater San Diego community.

The United Food & Commercial Workers Unions and Food Employers Benefit Fund has changed the pharmacy benefit manager from OptumRx to CVS Caremark.
