After months of bargaining and numerous actions, we are happy to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached between Southern California UFCW’s and Food4Less!
It took a strike vote and multiple protests and pickets over the last few months to give union negotiators the strength to Fight4More on behalf of the members. Though it took longer than expected, this new contract is significant step forward for workers at Food4Less.
An all-day, walk-thru contract ratification vote will take place on Thursday, July 8 from 7AM until 6PM at UFCW Local 135’s offices in Mission Valley and San Marcos. Contact your union rep if you have any questions.
