We have reached a tentative agreement with Food 4 Less / Foods Co. For the past three months, we have been fighting hard for a fair contract – from actions, delegations, rallies, petitions, and conversations with our co-workers and customers, we have shown the strength that comes when workers stand together for a better life.
After months of intense bargaining, we have finally secured a tentative agreement that we want to share with you. We believe that this agreement meets our needs and delivers us the wages, hours, and protections we deserve, but nothing is final until we all have a chance to review and vote on it.
This tentative agreement would not have been possible without the strength we showed during the bargaining process. We stood up to the company’s unfair labor practices and showed them we were willing to fight for the contract we deserved.
Our solidarity and victory here sends a message to workers everywhere – when we fight, we win.
