
We met with Albertsons and Ralphs for two days of bargaining this week, but very little progress was made. We’ve repeatedly made it clear that staffing remains a major issue not only for pharmacists, but for patients as well. Unfortunately, the companies still are not taking these concerns seriously enough.
They’re not even offering additional bargaining dates until June 30 and July 1. It’s clear they’re waiting to see more engagement and pressure from pharmacists before making meaningful movement at the table. If they don’t see pharmacists active, united, and ready to fight for improvements, they have little urgency to move negotiations forward.

- Continue wearing your contract campaign buttons
- Keep talking with patients and encouraging them to fill out the survey
