Pharmacist Bargaining Update 4/17/26

Hundreds of Petitions Signed and Delivered

Last week, the company presented a weak wage proposal, and today, they came back with only an additional 25 cents. In response, we delivered hundreds of petitions signed by pharmacists across Southern California, a powerful show of unity that made it clear you are organized, you are watching, and you will not accept less than you deserve. You deserve more than $3.50 over three years, and it’s time you show Ralphs and Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions that.

Bargaining resumes Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24, and we’ll send you another update after those sessions. In the meantime, let’s continue to pressure the companies. Soon we’re going to start ramping up conversations with patients.

If you have any questions about bargaining, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Union Representative.
