With the contract ratification vote taking place this week, UFCW Local 135 wants to make sure Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy and Laboratory members have the information they need to make an informed decision.
To help members review the details of the tentative agreements, we are providing early access to the contract fact sheets for both the Pharmacy and Laboratory bargaining units. These documents summarize the key terms of each agreement and highlight the proposed changes so members can understand what is included before casting their vote.
We encourage all members to take the time to carefully review the fact sheet for their bargaining unit.

Contract Ratification Vote Information
Voting will take place by text/email beginning Thursday at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open until Friday at 4:00 p.m. During this time, eligible members will receive a secure ballot allowing them to vote on the tentative agreement.
If you do not receive your ballot by 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, please contact your Union Representative right away so we can make sure you receive one and are able to participate in the vote.
Members on LOA are not eligible to vote. If you have recently returned from LOA, and have not notified UFCW Local 135, you must do so before you receive a ballot. Call the Membership Department 619.298.7772 extension 6 if you have questions.
