Following the 93% rejection and authorization of the strike by you and your coworkers, Eaze requested to return to the negotiating table. We understand that key priorities include increasing the mileage rate, establishing a wage structure with guaranteed raises, and advocating for minimum hours, among other things.
You may have heard rumors about your depot closing on 4/20 or Eaze hiring hundreds of workers to replace you if you go on strike. Please note that these are all rumors and attempts to discourage you from exercising your power to compel the company to offer a better deal. Your path to success lies in solidarity and demonstrating your strength. If you do this, you will secure a strong contract.
