All Southern California UFCW Locals met with CVS Pharmacy representatives on Monday, August 9, 2021.
The wage proposal CVS offered is unacceptable and it is offensive that they fail to provide affordable health care. The vast majority of CVS workers cannot afford the company health plan, and they refuse to make any improvements.
Shame on CVS for calling itself a health care company while abandoning its workers!
Additional negotiation dates are scheduled for August 18, 30, and September 2, 2021.
