Stater Bros. has sent out a “survey,” but don’t be misled—this isn’t a genuine effort to hear your concerns. It’s a union-busting tactic. With bargaining starting in March, the company is using leading questions to manipulate responses and create division among you and your co-workers.
The timing is no coincidence—it’s a bad-faith move meant to weaken our collective strength before negotiations even begin, and we’ve filed an Unfair Labor Practice charge against Stater Bros. because of it.
