Great news! The 2024 Performance Sharing Program (PSP) payout date is March 7!
Southern California maxed out at a 150% financial modifier, ensuring significant payouts for Alliance members!
Eligible Pharmacy members will receive up to $4,497.18.
Eligible Laboratory members will receive up to $5,098.63.
To qualify for a payout:
- You must have been in a job classification covered by the Agreement during the program year and active on December 31.
- If you retired or transferred out of a covered classification before the payout date, you’ll receive a prorated payment based on your compensated hours.
- If you worked less than 1,800 hours, your payout will be prorated accordingly.
A huge shoutout to the Affordability Task Force for once again hitting the 67% Alliance PSP affordability goal—their efforts make the program a success!
