If you receive a grocery pension through the Southern California UFCW Unions Joint Benefit Funds Administration, you should have received a PPV in the mail to confirm your benefit payments. This verification ensures you continue to receive the benefits you’ve earned.
– Deadline to submit without a notary: May 31, 2025
– Submissions from June 1 – July 18, 2025, will require a notary
