Your Open Enrollment Deadline has been extended!
UFCW Benefit Fund has some good news – your Open Enrollment deadline has been extended. To enroll or make changes to your coverage, use your My Portal access at http://www.scufcwfunds.com, email your completed form to contact@scufcwfunds.com, or mail to the Fund office at P.O. Box 6010, Cypress, CA 90630 no later than January 31, 2023.
