Starting April 1, 2024 the Southern California UFCW Unions & Food Employers Joint Benefit Funds Administration is offering new HMO options to eligible members. If you would like to enroll, there will be a special enrollment period starting February 11 and ending February 29. Please check your mail for the Special Enrollment packet with all the details, along with your enrollment form.
Eligible Active Platinum Participants may enroll in SignatureValue Alliance HMO through UnitedHealthcare (UHC) during the special enrollment period for April 1, 2024.
Eligible Active Platinum Plus and Platinum Participants who work in San Diego County or Imperial County may enroll in a new Mexico HMO option – Sistemas Medicos Nacionales, S.A. de C.V. (SIMNSA). SIMNSA is licensed by the State of California, complies with all applicable state and federal laws, and provides comprehensive quality healthcare services just steps from the California-Mexico border.
