The Steward Program is for our most active members. Stewards are the leaders at their locations and participate in a wide range of union activities.
UFCW has created a program that adds a new dimension to our organizing efforts. The program enlists rank-and-file members to serve as SPURs (Special Project Union Representatives) for organizing.
Local 135 is frequently looking for volunteers to support organizing drives, actions, political events and other union activities.
