Reuniones de Autorización de Huelga de F4L
After several months of negotiations with your employer, UFCW Local 135 has scheduled four drive-up strike authorization vote meetings in two locations in San Diego County.
Food4Less has not gone far enough in respecting you for the work you have done during the pandemic nor the work you have always done for the company.
All Southern California UFCW’s have scheduled mandatory Strike vote meetings. You and your co-workers deserve a contract that values and honors the work you do everyday. A strong strike vote will put your company on notice that we will not continue to accept this from them. We are hopeful that they will get the message and understand that we are serious. Authorizing a strike does not mean that you will go out on strike. It is a bargaining tool that gives us leverage at the negotiating table.
Después de varios meses de negociaciones con su compañía, el sindicato UFCW 135 ha programado cuatro reuniones para dar un voto de autorización para huelga desde sus vehículos en dos ubicaciones en el condado de San Diego.
