As a Union member, you may be eligible for benefits provided through the UFCW Trust Funds. There are different eligibility requirements depending on which benefit program you fall under. Your eligible dependents may also be covered as they meet the Fund requirements for eligibility. The Trust Funds provides Health & Welfare benefits including:

Participants in the Food Trust are able to create a portal account and to view profile information from any device: mobile phone, tablets, pcs.
Once logged on, you can:
- View personalized benefits dashboard
- Update email address, phone number and address
- Find eligibility status and history
- Track Medical Claims processed by the fund within the last 18 months
- Confirm that dependent information is current and accurate
- View benefit announcement, deadlines and key documents
