With tax season upon us, we anticipate many members are wondering how to get a copy of their W-2 if they never received one or have misplaced it. Below is a list of some of our bargaining units and the steps to take to get another copy of your W-2.
ALBERTSONS/VONS
Go to www.mytaxform.com and enter Employer Code 11202. If this is your first time logging in your PIN will be your Employee ID.
CVS PHARMACY
Go to www.myhr.cvs.com. Click on W-2 and Electronic Consent to view or print your W-2.
GELSON’S
Contact your store director and they will contact payroll who can reissue your W-2 immediately.
KAISER PERMANENTE
Go to hrconnect.kp.org/wps/portal/hrpublic/and under My Pay there’s an option to print your W-2
RALPHS/FOOD 4 LESS
Go to ExpressHR at www.ess.kroger.com to print out your W-2.
RITE AID
Go to www.mytaxform.com and enter Employer Code 70131. If this is your first time logging in to the site, click on the Register Now box to set up your log in. If you have logged in previously, enter the User ID you previously created and then click Continue.
STATER BROS
$20 fee to reissue W-2. Contact store manager or contact payroll directly.
