Kaiser ATB Wage Increase Update

Retro Pay Back to March 15 Expected 2–3 Weeks Later

Kaiser Permanente has informed us that across-the-board (ATB) wage increases and longevity raises for all Southern California UFCW KP members will appear in the June 26 paychecks.

Retroactive pay, effective back to March 15, 2026, will be issued as soon as administratively feasible, typically within 2–3 pay periods following the initial ATB and wage scale adjustment.

The Alliance made efforts to work with the company to address concerns surrounding the PSP bonus. However, Kaiser declined to make any adjustments. As a result, UFCW has filed an all affected grievance on behalf of members regarding the most recent PSP bonus.

We are also restarting partnership activities, including UBTs, LMP trainings, LMP Councils, staffing committees, attendance committees, and more. Many members are understandably frustrated following the contract process, but these spaces are critical opportunities to make your voice heard. Without member participation, management will unilaterally move forward with decisions without your input.

We will continue to share updates as new information becomes available. If you have any questions, please contact your Union Representative.
