UFCW member pharmacists have won a victory in their campaign to protect patients and public health! After hearing from UFCW member pharmacists, the California Board of Pharmacy adopted regulations that reinforce standards set out by SB 1442, the No Pharmacist Left Alone Law, written by Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco). UFCW Local 135 is pleased to announce that, by an overwhelming majority vote, our contract with Food 4 Less has been extended for one year. The extension runs through March 7, 2021. Kaiser COVID Benefit Enhancements

Attention Kaiser Permanente members: Kaiser has added new benefit enhancements. Up to 80 hours of additional paid time off if you need to be away from work because you have tested positive for COVID-19.
