DESCRIPTION:Strike authority has been given by UFCW members at Ralphs\, Albertsons\, and Vons locations from throughout Southern California. And preparations are being made. \nPart of that preparation is the need to manufacture thousands of picket signs. We have the sticks\, printed signs\, and ULP/company stickers. And we need members to volunteer to tape\, stick\, and staple them all together. \nAre you UNITED and READY to help out? \nIf so\, join your fellow essential workers on Wednesday\, March 30 from 1pm until 5pm at our Mission Valley Union Hall to help make picket signs for a possible Unfair Labor Practice strike. \nFree union t-shirt for all volunteers and the UFCW Local 135 Retirees Club will grill burgers and dogs towards the end of the event. \nThe media has been invited to shoot video/photos and interview willing members. \nContact your Union Rep if you have any questions.
