DESCRIPTION:UFCW Local 135 will be hosting steward trainings titled Safety and Self-Care in the Workplace.\n\n\n\nThese trainings will help stewards learn how to respond to difficult work situations and manage stress. Stewards will be provided tools on how to intervene and de-escalate situations and how to de-stress and “turn off work” after work.\n\n\n\nTrainings will take place on Wednesday\, July 27 at 9am and 6pm at the Mission Valley union hall located at 2001 Camino Del Rio South\, San Diego\, California 92108.\n\n\n\nThese trainings are open to stewards only. If you’re a UFCW Local 135 steward\, and would like to participate\, let your union rep know and we’ll reserve a seat.
